Eric Ceekay Sayee DMD/Operations

Hon. Eric Ceekay Saryee is the Deputy Managing Director for Operations at the Liberia Petroleum Refining Company (LPRC).
In his role, Mr. Eric Ceekay Saryee provides strategic leadership for Liberia's national petroleum operations, overseeing importation, storage, and distribution. He is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, safety, and technical efficiency to guarantee a reliable supply of petroleum products.
He spearheads major infrastructure projects, including the rehabilitations and expansions of all LPRC Petroleum storage facilities across the country. He is instrumental in advancing LPRC’s direct importation program, fostering greater transparency and efficiency.
Mr. Sayee grew up in the LPRC family starting as a cadet in the Internal Audit Department. After many years of demonstrated commitment, He exceled using the company’s Leadership Development Program as a spring board.
Prior to his appointment to his current position by the President of the Republic of Liberia, HE Joseph Nyuma Boakai, Mr. Saryee occupied many middle and senior level positions at LPRC to include Assistant Manager, Planning & Project Department and Assistant Manager for Oil Movement & Supply.
Educationally, he is candidate for MBA (Accounting) from the Cuttington University Graduate School, and MSC in International Oil and Gas Management from the University of Dundee in United Kingdom; BSc in Environmental Science from the Stella Maris Polytechnic University; BBA in Accounting from the University of Liberia.
