Our executives have a proven track record of leadership within high-growth companies and bring a unique blend of professional experience used to engage teams and drive success at the Liberia Petroleum Refining Company.
Ms.Nyemadi D. Pearson
Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer

Ms. Nyemadi D. Pearson is the Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of the Liberia Petroleum Refining Company (LPRC).

Ms. Pearson, a seasoned corporate leader, has over 15 years of wide-ranging administrative and business experience in public and private sectors. Ms. Pearson is a result-oriented, multi task and energetic self-starter with excellent analytical, organization and creative skills, keen interest in detail problem solving and team work skills.

She started her career at Ministry of Commerce & Industry of the Republic of Liberia where she served as Special Assistant to several Ministers at Ministry. She worked with one of Liberia's largest banking institution (Ecobank- Liberia Limited) where she served as supervisor and is credited for producing extra ordinary customer results.

Ms. Pearson also worked part-time at the Liberian Embassy in Washington D.C. United States of America, as Counselor Staff Assistant where her performance contributed to the enhancement of the overall functions of the chancery.

At the National Oil Company of Liberia (NOCAL), Ms. Pearson Work in the training and development department served as a coordinator and she was later elevated to the position of Chief-of Office- Staff to the Interim President/CEO.

At the Central Bank of Liberia (CBL), she served as Deputy Director for General Support Services overseeing the operational and procurement activities of the CBL with value for money at center stage.

Prior to joining LPRC, Ms. Pearson served as Special Assistant to the President of the Republic of Liberia where she provided Administrative and Technical Support to his office.

Ms. Pearson holds a Master in Business Administration from Strayer University in the United States of America and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Management from the United Methodist University in Liberia.

Ms. Pearson has participated and earned honors from many seminars and was awarded several certificates, diploma in procurement, finance, Money & banking, face to face selling, Private Banking, Customer Service and   Corporate Planning & Management in the United States, Europe, Asia and Africa.

Bobby Garseyu Brown
Operations Manager

Mr. Brown joined the in LPRC 1997 as Assistant Product Storage Terminal (PST) coordinator. At the refinery, Mr. Brown has gone through the ranks and file of the operations department. He served as Supervisor in the Oil Movement and Supply section; Superintendent, Oil Movement and Supply; General Operations/Terminal Superintendent; Assistant Operations Manager in the operations department.
Now Manager of the Maintenance Department Mr. Brown holds an MBA in management from the Cuttington Graduate School and holds certificates from several programs including training in product knowledge and legislation, Wet Stock Reconciliation, Safe Depot operation and Product recovery from PTF Training Limited in the United Kingdom.
